The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great. It was off the main road and easy to get in and out of. Walmart is also like right across the street. Worth the money.

The room was excellent and very clean upon arrival. The hot tub in the room and the shower (Not the traditional shower/tub combo) was a nice touch as well. The front desk attendant (Mike and the other gentleman) was very accommodating in making sure that things were correct for my reservation. The TV was not working at first Saturday night, and the night attendant was very gracious in working out the loose wiring and the problem was resolved quickly. The manager also remembered our family from previous stays which speaks highly of his attention to detail.

we've stayed here before, and a BIG reason for that, is because of the location ... it's in driving distance of everything we love to do when down there we are very pleased with how polite the staff are

Plenty of parking available. (At least in "off season".) The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was available. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff responded to request to mop up dirty tracks in the entry way in a timely manner.

Clean rooms with comfy beds. The bed was a big plus for us. We actually switched from another brand-name hotel to this one due to terrible beds. Also liked the breakfast. We were there at the end of October, and they had already started decorating for Christmas, which we thought was very nice-looking and welcoming.

Our room was upgraded because it was a slow time so we were moved from building 2 to building 1. We were close to the breakfast area which had a good full breakfast and also the lobby. The location was right off the 76 strip so no problem getting to everything. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

So this hotel is in Branson. Missouri and we live in Forsyth, Missouri, after booking onbooking.com, we We're told at check-in that they don't rent to locals. But on all the booking sites, it does not say that. So finally, they let us stay, but they said that they would only let us stay this time. But not in the future, witch is sad because the jetted tube was the perfect size for us because me and my wife are 6'3" and is hard for us to find places the can fit us.
